Questions About Price

Is this really the whole price?
Yes. You get the full cost in writing before any work starts, and the number on your quote is the number you pay. The only way it changes is if you ask for something outside what we agreed, and we tell you the cost of that before we build it.
Why are you cheaper than the agencies?
There are two of us and no office, no account managers, and no sales team. The same work at a Conejo Valley agency carries the cost of all three. We would rather charge less and stay busy than charge more and wait.
What do I pay up front?
Nothing. We build you a working demo first, and you look at it on your own phone before any money changes hands. If it is not right, you do not pay. Once you are happy we take half to begin the full build and the rest at launch.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. The plans are optional and start after launch. If you would rather host the site yourself or have someone else look after it, we hand over the domain, the files, and everything you need to run it elsewhere.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Change or cancel any time with a month's notice. Cancelling a plan does not cost you the site: it is yours, and we help you move it wherever you want it.
What if my project does not fit a tier?
Say what you need on the first call and we will quote it. The tiers cover most local businesses, but they are a starting point rather than a menu you have to pick from.
Still cheaper to find out than to wonder.
